This policy explains how subscriptions work for AI Therapy Lab.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing interval.
• Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact AI Therapy Lab.

Changes to pricing

If pricing changes, existing subscribers keep their current price for the remainder of their active subscription term. Any new price will apply at the next renewal following notice.
